Make the condition at handover clear.

Photograph each room before unpacking. Explain the scratches, stains or missing items you notice. Prepare a home report that will still make sense months later.

Photo, annotation and PDF tools are implemented. The Android store release is being prepared.

GIVE YOUR PHOTOS CONTEXT

What should you look for?

Start with the whole room

Follow the same route through the home. An overview helps show where each close-up belongs.

Then show visible damage

Take a close-up of a wall mark or floor scratch. Mark its location on the photo and briefly describe what you see.

Keep handover details together

Include key counts and accessible meter readings in your photos and notes. Do not describe an unchecked item as checked.

A photo report helps explain the condition you saw. It does not guarantee a deposit refund or the outcome of a dispute.
