Add properties by name and include an address if useful. Find each property's home rental and short-stay reports on its own page.
A separate report for every handover
Photograph rooms, mark visible damage and use the existing PDF or photo-sharing tools. A previous handover's photos and checklist results do not replace those for the new handover.

Meter details

On-screen signature
An optional signature linked to the reviewed report version. It will not be offered as a qualified electronic signature service.
Reusable home template
Reuse the room structure while keeping the previous tenant’s photos, signatures and check results separate from the new handover.
Your company logo
Identify the preparer using a company name and logo you are authorised to use.
Professional PDF
An organised handover report with a cover, photo index, key details and meter sections.
Time savings and fewer misunderstandings are goals to evaluate in a pilot. No measured results or completion-time guarantee are claimed yet.
